This study aims to determine: the effect of profitability, leverage, liquidity, sales growth and institusional ownership on company value in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the (BEI) in 2013-2017 partially and jointly. This type of research is descriptive and associative research. The data used in this research is secondary data. Tests used in this study are (1) descriptive analysis, (2) panel data regression test, (3) classic assumption test, (4) coefficient of determination, (5) hypothesis test, based on data analysis, the results of the test show thet the variable (1) profitability has a positive and significant impact on firm value as seen from the coeficient value of positive value of 0.355735. tstatistik value of 2.582230>of t table of 1.67655. (2) leverge does not a significant impact on company value as seen from the coefficient value of positive value 0.197332. tstatistik value of 0.330368< of the table of 1.67655. (3) liquidity not have a significant impact on company value as seen from the coefficient of negative value of -0.045748. tstatistik value of -0.095316< of the table of 1.67655. (4) sales growth not a significant impact on company value as seen from the coefficient value of negative value -0.029739, tstatistik value of 0.620062< of the table of 1.67655. (5) institusional ownership not a significant impact in firm value as seen from the coeficient value of negative value -0.067700, tstatistik value of -0.404276< of the table of 1.67655.
