This research is still backed by the lack of cooperation of teacher subjects BK and in overcoming learning difficulties learners. The purpose of the study was to see how the cooperation of teachers subjects BK and in conducting data collection, prognosis, treatment, and evaluation of learners to overcome learning difficulties learners. This study uses qualitative methods descriptive type. Key informants from these studies is 2 teachers BK, informant 5 additional teacher subjects in junior high N GunungTalang 4. Data collection techniques used for this research by doing the interview. Technique of data analysis there are three stages, namely the reduction of data where ditahap was performed grouping the data that are relevant to the purpose and focus of research, the presentation of the data, the withdrawal of the conclusion. Research results revealed that the cooperation between teacher subjects with BK in overcoming learning difficulties are generally intertwined but not yet thoroughly, because not all teacher subjects or teachers conduct communication BK about the condition of the student. While BK's own teachers more actively establish communication with trustee related value data mainly class students. Cooperation between teacher subjects with BK in helping overcome learning difficulties are interlaced when faced with the problem of students that cannot be resolved by BK teacher with students only, so it need to involve other parties such as teacher subject, homeroom teacher and parents.
