Abstrak :

           This research development model of instructional media was motivated from the lack of students interest in learning history subject that influenced by limitation of learning media. The purpose of this research was to develop a model of learning media that form of a historical comic based on Information Technology (IT) in learning material about the process of entry and development of European colonialism in Indonesia. The material of the research  that research used in this research is R&D (Research and Development) using  model development of ADIDIE (Analysis, Design, develop, Implementation, Evaluation). But in this research  the reseacher only did till the try out phases that limited to schools designated for research site (Implementation). The results of this study are: first, test of validity on feasibility of the contents, the feasibility of the graphic about 90.38% with category (very valid) that viewed from aspect easy to use and appropriateness with the time. Second, test of teacher's practicality with category (very practical) that was from the result of average practicality test about 81.25% that viewed from aspect of easy in using the instructional media comic and the appropriateness with the time. The last, the result of the students' practicality from aspect easy in using the instructional media comic and the appropriateness with the time about 85.54% with category (very practical). Thus, can be concluded that developed of history instructional media comic that produced was already valid and very practical.
