Abstrak :

        This study aims to find out the effect of leadership, physical facilities, financial compensationt, promotion and job satisfactiont of employee of PT. Pelindo II (Persero) Teluk BayurBranch. The result of data analysis show that (1) leadership have positive and signifficant effect on employee job satisfactiont because tcount (4,818) > ttable (1,995); (2) physical facilities has positive and significan effect on employee job satisfactiont because tcount (3,745) > ttable (1,995); (3) financial compensationt have positive and signifficant effect on employee job satisfactiont due to tcount (4.123) > ttable (1.995); (4) position promotoin have positive and significan effect on employee job satisfaction because tcount (2.167) > ttable (1.995); (5) Organizational cultur has positive signifficant effect on employee job satisfactiont due to tcount (3.262) > ttable (1.995). Because Fcount (58.035)> from Ftable (2.35). Leadership, physical facilities, financial compensation, promotion and organizational culture togethers have a signifficant effec on employee job satisfaction. namely 80.6% and the rest were influencedt by other factorst not included in this study.
