Abstrak :

        The research is motivated by the existence of learners who still do not care to their classmates, the learners who do not help or still being cold to other friend that needs help and counseling teacher has not conduct service of information by using variant methods. The aim of this research is to describe: 1)The prosocial behavior of the learners before given service of information. 2) The prosocial behavior of the learners after given service of information. 3) The effectivenes of service information in increasing the prosocial behavior to the learners. This research was conducted using the ekperimental method with the study population of 22 students and the entire sample of students selected by total sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis uses the percentage formula and the T-test. The results of this research is concluded as follow: 1) The prosocial behavior of the learners before given service of information is in the category of less good. 2) The prosocialofter given service of good enough. 3) The effectiveness of the service of information increasing the prosocial behavior of the learners is effective because the result of pretest and posttest data processing occurred significant changes. Based on the result of this research its recommended in order of the learners do not look after them selves and being not cold to the other friend who need help.
