Abstrak :


This research is based on the background of complexity in the distribution of teaching hours according to Government Regulation No. 19 of 2017 which requires a minimum of 24 hours / week for certification teachers. This study aims to describe the implementation of 24-hour teaching distribution for certification teachers at SMA N I Kinali, West Pasaman Regency, and analyze the impact on the teacher's performance. This study uses performance theory by Gibson figures, with a qualitative approach, descriptive type. Determination of informants in this study with Porposive sampling technique. The informants in this study consisted of 13 people consisting of principals, curriculum officers, certification teachers, and students. The type of data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. The data is collected through an observation, interview approach. Study documents, data collection tools in the form of interview guidelines, observation guidelines. Data analysis used is Interactive Analysis from Milles Huberman (1) Data reduction, (2) data collection, (3) Data presentation, (4) conclusion drawing. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the problem in this study is in the implementation of the distribution of 24 hours of teaching certification teacher at SMA NI Kinali, West Pasaman District, it can be seen in the distribution of teaching hours seen how many hours for each subject multiplied by how many classes there are. and after that prioritized for the hours of certified PNS teachers, the impact on teacher performance at SMA NI Kinali, West Pasaman District was the first teacher workload increased, secondly the lack of time to prepare lessons, the third difficulty preparing teaching aids by teachers in schools.
