This study to analyze: 1. Partially the level education on work performance, 2. The effect training partially work performance. 3. The effect of partial compensation on work performance. 4. Partial influence of work discipline on performance. 5. The influence work stress partially on performance. 6. The influence of the level of education, training, compensation, work discipline and work stress in a systematic manner on the work performance of employees at Walinagari Ujung Gading Office, Lembah Melintang District. associative research. The population in this study were employees of the Walinagari Ujung Gading Office, Lembah Melintang District West Pasaman Regency, with a total of 69 samples.
