Abstrak :

The background of research problem is the”Guru Honor”  are more active than “Guru PNS”, the “Guru Honor” always prepare lesson plan in teaching, whereas “Guru PNS”prepare lesson plan when the supervisior team comes to school. This research has an aim to know the performance of “Guru Honor”and “Guru PNS”. The theory that is used is performance theory. The method of research is quantitative method. The number of research population is 15 people, it consists of 10 “Guru PNS” and 5 “Guru Honor”. The data collection is done by using questionnaire that asks 30 written question to teachers of SD 03 Aur Tajungkang Sawahlunto town. Beside that, it is used documentation technique to collect data about school description and to know the performance of “Guru PNS” and “Guru Honor”, the data is analyzed by using evaluatiant. Based on processing and differences the data, so the techer performance is Ha acceptable. It means there is a difference between “Guru Honor” and “Guru PNS”, the difference is found in leson plan, learning and evaluation. Evaluation T that is done shows that the value of  T account is 0,0065, it I smaller than table T 1,895 with Ha significant acceptable, which is account < table T or sig value > 0,05. It means there is difference between civil servant teachers performance with honorarium teacher performance.
