Learning resources used for learning on the topic of circulation with sub-structure and function of the circulatory system are contained in the Class XI high school textbooks, which have a shortage of material that is only described in general, explanations on the material that have not been associated with environmental changes and 100% of students have never used teaching materials in the form of Handouts, 97.00% of students agreed that the material needed to add pictures, 91.00% of students agreed that the Handouts were equipped with pictures. Based on this background, this study aims to produce teaching materials in the form of valid Handouts. This research is a research development of teaching materials in the form of a Handout using the four-D model which is limited to the develop stage in the validity test. The data analysis technique uses a validation assessment formula with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire that contains the feasibility of the content, linguistic, presentation and graphic handouts. The results showed that the feasibility of the content has very valid criteria, the language component is very valid, the presentation component is very valid and the graphic component is very valid. Based on those results handout developed can be used asa teaching material on the structure and function of the circulatory system.
