Abstrak :

        This Study aims determine the efect of Service Quality, Price Percepcion, Brand Image and Trush In Costumer (Case Study at Restaurant Lamun Ombak Khatib Sulaiman Padang). Based on the reduction in the maximum likelihood test the trust variable is excluded from testing because it has a value of X2critical. The result of data analysis show atat (1) Service Quality has at signature effect on costumers satisfactiont because it has tcount (3,214) > ttabel (1,661). (2) Price Percepciont has a significan effect on customer satisfaction because it has tcount (2.360) >ttabel (1.661). (3) Brand Image has a significant efect on costumers satisfactiont because it hes tcount (3,518) > ttabel (1,661). (4) service quality, price repreciont and brand image together influence customer satisfactiont (Case Study in Seagrass Restaurant Lamun Ombak Khatib Sulaiman Padang). Because it has Fcount (37.411) > from Ftebel (2.47). The magnitude of the contribution of the variables of serfive quality, prece reprections and brand image together affect customers satisfactions (case study in the seagrass Restaurant Lamun Ombak Khatib Sulaiman Padang). namely 40.6% and the remaining 59,4% is influenced by other's factor not inclueded in this study.
