Abstrak :

            This research is motivated by the existence of several students who are engaged in dating activities during, school hours so that it has an impact on the learning process in the classroom. Based on these problems researchers on the impact of student dating activities on the learning process in the classroom. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the activities of the courting of state high school students 1 Linggo Sari Baganti on the learning process in the classroom. The theory used in this study is the theory of behaviorism that was coined by B.F Skinner. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive research type. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and study documents. The number of informants in this study were 13 people. The unit of analysis in this study are individuals consisting of Homeroom Teachers, Counseling Guidance Teachers, Students Representatives, classmates, and students who are dating at school. The data analysis technique used in this study is an interactive model developed by Milles and Huberman. The results of the study revealed that the impact caused by the activities of dating students on the learning process in the classroom are 1) increasing the enthusiasm and motivation of learning for students who are dating 2) increasingly actively following the organization, 3) social interaction is broad, 4) the concentration of learning decreases, 5) learning outcomes are low, 6) physical condition is weak or health decreases.
