The background of this research by there was of students who experiencing mood disorders in their life every day. The purpose of this research is to describe the profiles 1) characteristics 2) causative factor 3) impact 4) forms of service that have been provided by the school. This research is qualitative case study, KTK key informants, 4 additional informants, close friend, homeroom teacher/history teacher, guidance counseling teacher and mathematics teacher. The instrument that used for this research was interview and documentation. Then, the technique is used through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research revealed 1) characteristics of the students who have experienced mood disorders such as lost interest, fatigue, pessimist, and emotional 2) causative factor of mood disorders such as psychosocial factor and environmental factor 3) impact of mood disorders such as tend to be angry, sleep disturbance, lack of confident and inconsistent 4) forms of service that have been provided by the school such as information services and individual counseling services. Based on the results of the research, guidance and counseling teachers have to know and understand students’ moods and feelings.
