Abstrak :

This research is motivated by several problems, among others, incompatibility of History Education Study Program curriculum materials at STKIP PGRI West Sumatra by using STKIP syllabus and high school syllabus alloys. This study aims to analyze the syllabus material of History Education and High School Study Programs, and discuss the material problems. Descriptive qualitative research method with library research data collection techniques, namely RPS STKIP PGRI West Sumatra courses with syllabus of High School History subjects. Whereas the interview was carried out to the leaders of the History Study Program by looking for information obtained from informants, books, and work papers, documenting studies and then recording data. The results of the study turned out that there were still material in the syllabus. History of Specialization in High School in class X was not yet available at the RPS of History Education Study Program courses. In class XI according to the high school syllabus and in class XII according to the high school syllabus. It was suspected when making RPS lecturer courses not yet oriented to the syllabus of high school subject matter, then there was no curriculum change in STKIP PGRI West Sumatra which was oriented to changes in the K-13 SMA curriculum.
