Abstrak :

This study aims to determine the effect of tangible, emphty, reliability, responsiveness and assurance to the satisfaction of patients with health care users of primary service users in Nanggalo Padang health center. Researchers find that: first, Tangible (X1)  has a significant efeect on patient satisfaction (Y) in to the satisfaction of patients with health care users of primary service users in Nanggalo Padang health center. With multiple linear regression values of  0,553 with tcount 2,773 > ttable 1,65833. (X2) Emphty has a significant efeect on patient satisfaction (Y) in to the satisfaction of patients with health care users of primary service users in Nanggalo Padang health center With multiple linear regression values of  0,691 with tcount 3,447 > ttable 1,65833. (X3) Reliability has a significant efeect on patient satisfaction (Y) in to the satisfaction of patients with health care users of primary service users in Nanggalo Padang health center. With multiple linear regression values of 0,817 with tcount 3,111 > ttable 1,65833. (X4) Responsiveness has a significant efeect on patient satisfaction (Y) in to the satisfaction of patients with health care users of primary service users in Nanggalo Padang health center. With multiple linear regression values of 0,825 with tcount 3,309 > ttable 1,65833. (X5) Assurance has a significant efeect on patient satisfaction (Y) in to the satisfaction of patients with health care users of primary service users in Nanggalo Padang health center. With multiple linear regression values of 0,729 with tcount 3,375 > ttable 1,65833.
