Abstrak :

            This study aims to describe the effect of using the re-write Anecdotal text of Grade X students of SMA Negeri 1 2X11 Kayutanam. This type of research is quantitative research using an experimental model. The design of this study is Posttest-Only Control Design. The population of this research is all grade X students of SMA Negeri 1 2X11 Kayutanam. The 53 grade X SMA Negeri 1 2X11 Kayutanam. The data in this study are scores on the ability to rewrite anecdotal texts without of class X SMA Negeri 1 2X11 Kayutanam. The results of this study can be concluded as follows. First, the level of skill to rewrite anecdotal texts X students SMA 1 2X11 Kayutanam without using the Numbered Head Together model obtained an average score of 55.44 with a classification of 46- 55% which is Almost Enough (HC). Second, the level of writing skills in anecdotal text of class X students of SMA Negeri 1 2X11 Kayutanam using the Numbered Head Together model obtained an average value of 73.60 with a classification of 66-75% which is more than enough (LdC). Third, based was an influence on the use el to rewrite the anecdotal text X SMA 1 2X11 Kayutanam because tcount> ttable 8,14> 1,67.
