Abstrak :

 

The background of this research are the students  were not active yet in teacing learning process, the braveless of the students to say what they are thingking, to answer the question from the teacher. The goal of this research is to describe how to implementation of cooperative learning by using gallery walk technique to students in class VIII.2 SMPN 2 Talamau Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. This research is focused on student learning processin class VIII.2 through gallery walk technique in SMPN 2 Talamau Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. The kind of this research is descriptive qualitative research. The data source in this research is students in class VIII.2 SMPN Talamau Kabupaten Pasaman Barat  on 2017/2018 Academic year. The instrumenof this research such are field note and some documentations. Technique of data analysis was taken by using 3 steps include, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Based on the result of the research, students learning tendency in class VIII.2 SMPN 2 Talamau Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. By using gallery walk technique are: 1) students have began to dare to appear in front of the class with their own will, 2) students already want to participate in group, 3) students seriously during teaching learning process and do not bother each others, 4) students care for others.
