This study aims to obtain data, process, analyze and discuss the Management of the Nagari Market Durian Gadang in Sijujung Subdistrict seen from: 1) the role of the community, 2) the role of traders, 3) the role of the government, and 4) the role of niniak mamak. This type of research is qualitative research using purposive sampling method. The location of the research is the Sijunjung district Durian Gadang market. The research informant consisted of Wali Nagari, Community, Traders and Niniak Mamak. The type of research data is secondary data and primary data. Furthermore, the data was obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, documentation. After the research data is obtained, the data is analyzed through data reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the field research are as follows: 1) Management of the Nagari Durian Gadang Market in Sijunjung Subdistrict is seen from the Role of the Community that there is awareness from the community to manage and maintain market cleanliness, but the lack of facilities and infrastructure from the government makes people ignore the cleanliness of the market and throw trash out of place. 2) The role of the Nagari Trader in the field was found that there was still a lack of concern from the traders about the cleanliness of the market, because the farmers still put their own interests in mind. will the rules regarding the cleanliness of the market 3) The role of the Nagari Government in the field found that market management was still lacking or still not maximal, because there was still a lack of availability of facilities and infrastructure by the government, which made traders still littering. And also guidance or counseling has never been given to the traders because the management of the market itself is still not formed until now. 4) The role of Niniak Mamak is still less visible, in the sense that there is still a lack of facilities and infrastructure provided by the niniak mamak itself, and even traders have not been neatly arranged because there is no notification or counseling about the importance of maintaining market cleanliness. Even the retribution money itself is still not used properly for market development.
