Melayu community of Tanjung Padang Village have experienced a change in livelihoods due to a government policy prohibiting the community from cutting down forests as a livelihood for the household so that the people have experienced livelihood changes as rubber farmers, with changing people's livelihoods as rubber farmers unable to fulfill household needs due to rubber prices very cheap. This study aims to analyze Malayu people's access to available natural resources and household resilience in the Malayu community of Tanjung Padang Village due to changes in livelihoods from logging to rubber plantations. The theory used is Access proposed by Ribot and Peluso. According to the theory, access from Ribot and Peluso is related to bundle of power and bundle of rights, namely analyzing power over the environment that gives power to actors to gain benefits over resources and the right to control resources. Research informants taken by purposive sampling, the type of data is primary data and secondary data. Data collected through interviews, observations and study documents. Data analysis was performed with data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that (1) Malayu people's access to available natural resources is through established relations, knowledge of resources, and access to employment opportunities (2) household resilience as the ability to deal with economic pressures or crises, the community does not only expect livelihoods as a rubber farmer, the community diversifies livelihoods and family members work.
