Abstrak :

            Tourist destinations in West Sumatra precisely on the beach in the city of Padang, that is Air Manis Beach and Purus Beach. In every tourism destination, Creative Economy Actors are always found, creative economic actors who form a social capital in the Beach Tourism Destinations in the City of Padang, so as to form a relationship between retail traders with agents and suppliers. How creative economic actors build social networks, actors involved, namely suppliers, agents and street vendors. There is also the Purpose of research is analezy the form of social capital that is formed between economic actors and actors who play a role in the social network that is formed.The theory used is the Social Action theory about the human problem put forward by Max Weber, which is human actions carried out to influence other individuals in society. social action is an action that is full of subjective meaning (subjective meaning) for the culprit. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive type. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data.using data collection techniques through non-participant observation, in-depth interviews and from related documents. The selection of informants is carried out based on intentional (purposive sampling). secretary of the village head of purus and air manis, and an informant consisting of neenteenpeople. Analysis of the data used is the Miles and Huberman technique. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a form of social capital among economic actors caused by the majority thai is 40% of traders begins by forming networks and 25% of traders are caused by a relationship of trust and 10% of traders have a reciprocal relationship. Actors whose roles include (1) Suppliers, (2) Young coconut agents, (3) As well as retail traders (street vendors and booth traders), they contribute to each other.
