Abstrak :

            This study to determine and analyze: 1) the effect of leadership on job statification, 2) is effect of work morale statification, 3) the of discipline on statification, 4) the influence of organizational culture on job organizational culture on work discipline. The type is research the associative research. The population in this study were all employes of regency DINSOSP3AP2KB and DPMPTSP Regency of Dharmasraya, totaling 81 people. Sampling using cluster sampling technique. The instrument used for the study was a closed questionnaire with path analysis test and hypotesist test with t test. The results showed that (1) the leadership variable obtained by the path coefficient of 0,233. This coefficien significant because the value is 3,931>ttabel 1,985, (2) the morale variable is obtained by the path coefficient of 0,198. The value 4,406>Ttabel (1,985), (3) the disciplinary variable is obtained by the path coefficient value of 0,339. The coeficient value significan is 5,711>Ttabel (1,985), (4) the organizational culture variable is obtained the path coeficient value is 0,206. Thiis coeficient value significant because the value of tcount is 3,881>ttable (1,985), (5) the variable of emotional inteligence variable obtained path coeficient value of 0,260. This coeficient value is significan because the value of t is 4,644>ttable (1,985).
