Background of this research was the principle the curriculum on physics learning was not implemented optimally in SMAN 6 Solok-Selatan. Regarding to the learning process, it still used the lecturing method. The effects were that many students not active in physics learning in class. It affected the students' physics learning outcomes becoming bad. The purpose this research to know the effect implementing examples non examples model with LKS on student physics learning outcomes at XII IPA class SMAN 6 Solok-Selatan. The kind of research was quasi experiment using a randomized control group only design research design. Sampling was conducted by cluster ramdom sampling technique. It used two sample classes, namely XII IPA 1 to the experimental class and XII IPA 3 class to control class. The instrument use at was cognitive domain is such as final test and affective domain is form of observation sheets. The research shows that on the cognitive domain, the average learning outcomes of the experimental class is 77,21 and in the control class 68,32. Then the hypothesis using the test finds out that tcount = 2.463 and t table = 2.01. The hypothesis acceptance because tcount > ttable , It is concluded that there is an effect of implementing examples non examples model with LKS on students' physics learning outcomes at XII IPA class SMAN 6 Solok-Selatan.
