Cucumber production in Kuranji District has decreased. It can be seen that in 2016 the harvested area only reached 48.00 ha, the production of 1,280.00 tons in 2017 harvested 9 hectares, 41 tons of income. So there is a possibility the pollination process did not go well, resulting in all the flowers that appear not all become fruit. This study aims to look at the effectiveness of Trigona laeviceps pollinators that can provide examples and pollination processes that are assisted by insects on sub-material Reproduction in Seed Plants/Sexually Reproductive. This research was conducted in June-August 2019 with this type of research based research development. For field research, an experimental method with two treatments was used. Analysis of the data used is the t-test and quantitative analysis. Trigona laeviceps bees are effective in helping to pollinate cucumber plants. The cucumber female flower that appears when the cucumber plant is 41-49 days old which is pollinated by using Trigona laeviceps is 11 flowers and which succeeds in becoming fruit after 10 days of pollination is 9 fruits with 81% percentage. The number of cucumber female flowers without the use of bees is 12 flowers and which managed to become fruit is as much as 6 pieces with a percentage of 50%. As for environmental factors that affect the growth of cucumber plants are wind speed of 0.87 knots, temperature of 29oC and humidity of 77%.
