This study aims to determine the analysis of optimization strategies of Guruh Gemurai Waterfall Tourism Object in Kuantan Mudik Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency, in terms of infrastructure, management and attractiveness. This type of research is qualitative. The study was conducted on Guruh Gemurai Waterfall Objects in Kasang Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Research informants were taken by snowball sampling. The key informant is the Tourism Office and supporting informants are the Camat and visitors who are taken incidentally. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The results of the study found that: (1) Optimization of infrastructure facilities The tourism objects of Guruh Gemurai Waterfall are still constrained by the absence of a place to eat and accommodation, even though there is a mushalla and adequate parking space. Optimization that can be done is by providing a place to eat and drink and accommodation, (2) Optimization of the management of Guruh Gemurai Waterfall Objects in terms of promotion, namely the promotion of various media and utilizing existing events in Kuantan Singingi Regency namely track runway. Optimalisation of promotion is in line with the position of Guruh Gemurai Waterfall Tourism Object as the leading tourist attraction of Kuantan Singingi Regency and (3) Optimizing strength, namely maintaining natural conditions and remaining comfortable conditions and completing the availability of prasrana facilities, repairing damaged infrastructure and increasing public awareness of tourism. Optimization of opportunities can be done through promotion. Optimization relates to threats to tourist objects, namely by the occurrence of illegal parking and repairing outdated infrastructure
