Abstrak :

     The results showed that: Firstly there was a partially significant influence between leadership on the performance of employees of the Padang City Trade Office. It was seen from the acquisition of a regression coefficient of 0.320 and a tcount of 4.053> t table of 2.0106 while a significant value of 0.000 <α = 0, 05, means Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Second, there is a significant effect of training on the performance of employees of the Padang City Trade Office. It is seen from the results of the regression coefficient of 0.179 and the tcount of 2.189> table of 2.0106 while the significant value is 0.034 <α = 0.05, means Ha is accepted and H0 rejected. Third, there is a partially significant influence between compensation on the performance of employees of the Padang City Trade Office. It is seen from the acquisition of a regression coefficient of 0.277 and a tcount of 3.042> t table of 2.0106 while a significant value of 0.004 <α = 0.05, means Ha accepted and H0 rejected. Fourth, there is a partially significant influence between work discipline on the performance of the Padang City Trade Office employees. This is seen from the acquisition of a regression coefficient of 0.239 and a tcount of 2.846> t table of 2.0106 while a significant value of 0.007 <α = 0.05, means Ha accepted and H0 rejected. The five influences and interrelationships between leadership, training, compensation, and work discipline together have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Padang City Trade Office, this can be seen from the results of Fcount 37.607> Ftable 2.57 and significant value 0,000 <α = 0 , 05. This means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Suggestions in this study so that all employees can adjust the new job well, the leader to be more assertive to his subordinates, so that employees can meet the needs of work, the type of work of employees according to their respective abilities, and all employees to be able to use office facilities properly .
