Abstrak :

                   This study aims toanalyze: The Effect of Leadership, Work Ability, Physical Work Environment, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Central Medika Hospital Kec. Rimbo Tengah District Muara Bungo, Jambi Province. The results showed that: First, there is an analysis of the first path, leadership (X1) has a significant effect on work discipline variables (X5) shows the path coefficient Px5x1 = -0,294. And the second step analysis, leadership (X1) has a significant effect on work motivation variables (X4) showing the path coefficient Px4x1 = 0,141. And the third path analysis continued, leadership (X1) significantly influence employee performance (Y) showed Pyx1 path coefficient = 0,195. Second, exposed analysis of the first ginger, show that the ability to work (X2) significantly influence the motivation of work motivation (X5) show the path coefficient Px5x = 0,860. And then the second path analysis, show that work ability (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) shows path coefficient Pyx2 = 0,352. And the third path analysis continued, there is a first path analysis, physical work environment (X3) significant influence on disip work variabel (X5) designates and path coefficient Px5x3 = 0,101. And analysis of second ginger. The physical working environment (X3) has significant influence on work motivation variables (X4) shows the path coefficient Px4x3 = -0,123. And then the third path analysis, pyisical work environment (X3) significant effect on employee performance (Y) shows the path coeeficient Pyx3 0,109. Fourth, there is the analysis of the first path, work motivation (X4) has a significant effect on vanabel dissipation of work (X5) shows the path coefficient Px5x4 = 0,904. And than the second path analysis, shows the work motivation (X4) has a sig effect on employee performance (Y) prove the path coefficient Pyx4 = 0,283. Fifth, there is a first path analysis, that work discipline (X5) has a sinificant effect on employee performance (Y) showing the path coefficient Pyx5 = 0,227.
