Abstrak :

        This study discusses the pattern of seating regulation and learning activities of students of class X MIPA-3 SMA N 5 Padang. Based on the results of research conducted found four types of seating regulation patterns in the following parts: (1) the regulation pattern of horseshoe seating, (2) the regulation pattern of seating in the back row, (3) the regulation pattern of the lethal U seat, and (4) pattern of group regulation. The four seat regulation patterns above, after analysis, found an influence in terms of (1) horseshoe regulation patterns of students tend to read reading activities, (2) seat regulation patterns "lined back" students tend to listen learning activities , (3) pattern of seating regulation "leter U" students tend to do learning activities ask questions, (4) pattern of seating regulations group students tend to do writing learning activities
