Abstrak :

        The study based on the students did not like written skills of observation refort text. In this case, thera were many proplems that found of students in written of observation refort text. Firts the students difficult to found thema and explored the ideas in the thema. Second the students difficult to arranged the vocabulary. Third the students difficult in structure and role of observation refort text. The aim of study was to describe influence the using learning model “concept sentence” to written skills of observation refort text. The kinds of study was quantitative research with experiment method. The design pf study was the randomized posttest only control group. Sample technique based on character that choided. Data in this study was score of written skills observation refort text without and used concept sentence model First Grade Senior High School 01 Lembah Melintang Pasaman Barat. Instrument of study got from written test. Based on analyzed data can be conclusion. Firts, the result showed written skills of observation refort text without used concept sentence model First Grade Senior High School 01 Lembah Melintang Pasaman Barat got adverage 67,93 with qualification enough (C). Second, written skills of observation refort text with used concept sentence model Firts Grade Senior High School 01 Lembah Melintang Pasaman Barat got adverage 80,06 with qualification good (B). Third influence significan learning model concept sentence to written skills of observation refort text First Grade Senior High School 01 Lmbah Melintang Pasaman Barat because t account > t table (6,02 > 1,67).
