Abstrak :

          This research is motivated by the students' low mathematics learning outcomes and students have not been actively involved in the learning process.The study aims to determine how the influence of the implementation of the Discovery Learning Model on the mathematics learning outcomes of class students.This type of research was pre-experimental, with pre-experimental design pretest and posttest group test. The research subject was selected class .The instrument of data collection consisted of tests namely the pretest, posttest and daily essay (UH) tests. Analysis of research data was carried out descriptively.The results of simple linear regression analysis based on data obtained from the average increase in the results of the pretest and posttest (X) on the value of UH (Y) obtained a simple linear regression equation Y = 28.37 + 54.26X.This regression coefficient is positive, meaning that the average increase in learning outcomes has a positive effect on UH.Correlation coefficient ( )=0.465, this shows that the closeness of the relationship between variables X and Y is in sufficient interpretation.Thus it is concluded that the Discovery Learning Model is quite influential on the learning outcomes of class  students.
