This research is motivated by several problems, among others, the implementation of practicum at SMAN 1 Pancung Soal Question has not used a practicum guide. The implementation of practicum activities carried out by the teacher is only guided by the textbook. The use of textbooks as a practial guide is not effective, because the textbook explains more theory while practicum work instructions are only explained in general or not in detail. This study aims to produce problem-based learning biology practicum guides on mushroom material for valid and practical grade X high school. This type of research is a development research using a modified 4-D model consisting of stages definition, design, development, and dissemination. In the define stage, front end analysis, student analysis, the assignment begins with content structure analysis and concept analysis and analysis learning objectives. The design stage is carried out by designing a practicum guide. At the develop stage,the validity testwas carried out by filling out a questionnaire by the biology lecturer and teacher. Then the practicality test was carried out by filling out a questionnaire by the biology teacher and class X students. The data were analyzed using percentage techniques and processed descriptively. The results of the validity test of the practicum guide by the validator show that the practicum guide is in the very valid category with a value of 88%.
