This study aims to determine how much influence the promotion, price, quality of service, facilities and confidence in consumer decisions to use the Sibinuang Train as a means of transportation partially or together. The population in this study is the number is unknown. Accidental sampling technique, so that the sample used was 120 visitors. Analysis of statistical data based on promotions, prices, service quality, facilities and trust. Based on the results of research the most influential variables are the confidence of the regression coefficient of 0.338, the effect of promotion with a coefficient of 0.178, the effect of prices with a regression coefficient of 0.275, the effect of service quality with a regression coefficient of 0.320, the effect of facilities with a facility regression coefficient of 0.323. The regression equation model has a value of 16.110. Based on the research results, it can be suggested by PT. Kareta Api further enhances socialization so that local people can receive information more easily about changes that occur in booking tickets both online and manually.
